Cheque presentation

Falcon Cubs recently had a sponsored walk and parents café as part of the Community Challenge. They chose to raise the money for CHIPS which is a playscheme for children with additional needs that has branches in Hertford, Ware and other local towns.
Graham Nickson who is one of the Trustees came down to a Pack meeting on Tuesday to collect a cheque for over £327 that the Cubs had raised. Two Cubs- Tommy who raised £50 in sponsorship himself and Toby who has family connections with the charity presented the cheque and Graham said a few words of thanks to the Cubs for their kind efforts.
