Lochearnhead - Day 1

Flag break at the station - In activity gear for a quick get away!

After everyone had eaten and changed, we walked to the station for flag break. For some of us it was a welcome return to a familiar and well loved base, for others the excitement of finally setting foot on the station.

 

After this we set off for our activities. 3rd Ware members have been involved in biking (a 2 day cycle, camping overnight in between) day hikes, sailing and kayaking. Those who returned to the station will be fed well, settle into their cabins, will have some form of evening entertainment and learn about life at the station. Those on the bike ride are spending their first night in Scotland at the Invertrossachs campsite.

If you look carefully you will spot the roving scarf, resting on the ground. Well, it had to join the adventure!
