Falcon Pack camp at Thriftwood
Falcon Pack enjoyed a great weekend at Thriftwood campsite. They took part in lots of activities-archery, bouldering, the assault course and pedal karting. They also learnt some first aid and how to call the emergency services as well as having lots to eat and as always the washing up!
Thanks to everyone who helped out-Baloo and Mr Shere Khan for doing the cooking, Richard and Karl who helped us as well as Shere Khan, Will and Grace.

District go-karting competition
Today was the District go-karting competition and there was a good turn out from both Packs. The races were well fought and everyone tried hard. In the end there was a race off for first place between Tigers and Panthers which was won by Panthers.
Falcon Pack were joint fourth and Herons were sixth so it was a very close competition. Fortunately this year we had good weather and everyone enjoyed the sun!
Thanks to everyone for coming and the parents who stayed and helped out as marshals and watching their children!
