100 years of Cubs museum display

The Centenary of Cubs display has opened at Ware museum. We had a short opening ceremony with special guest Peter Raymen (former ADC Cubs) to cut the ribbon and declare it open!
20 guests of Leaders, family and Cubs came along to view the exhibition which is now open until January 2017.

Oxley Shield 2016

This past weekend saw the annual Oxley Shield competition for all the Packs in the District. The Cubs had to take part in lots of activities such as map & compass, first aid, knotting, tent pitching and an assault course.

Then it was time for lunch!

End of term activity evening at Tolmers

For the last week of term before the school holidays, Falcon Pack went to Tolmers. They were able to do the rolling rock climbing wall and gladiator wars.
We had a lovely evening to round off the year.

At the time we didn't know it would be Shere Khan's last evening with the Pack before she moved away from the town. :-(

Goodbye and thank you to Shere Khan

During the school holidays, some of the Leaders gathered to say farewell and thank you to Shere Khan and Mr. Shere Khan.

Shelter building in Presdales Woods

At the end of term, Falcon Pack went up to Presdales Woods to build shelters as part of the Outdoor challenge.
